(Double tolls for vehicles with wheels under 6 ins broad, timber vehicles carrying over 1~ tons unless wheels over 7 ins broad, or in any case from November to February inclusive, unless drawn by one animal only: Exemptions for farm waggons unless carrying goods for sale, farm implements, cattle going to pasture within 2 miles, horses for shoeing, persons attending worship, clergy on duty on Sundays and other service days, H. M. mails, troops in uniform and armed, vagrants with passes, persons on shire election business.)
